Hi all,

My old truck is throwing code 35, which appears to be the idle air control valve. I replaced with a warner part and it started throwing the code again. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

Try cleaning the carbon buildup in the area that the IAC valve controls.

Thanks for the response. I found the vacuum line running from the right side valve (not PCV valve) cover to the back of the throttle body ring was cracked. I'm hoping that might be it? Picking up some brake clean today to check for other vacuum leaks.
