So here is the issue... This is on a 2020 Silverado 2500HD

When I start the truck the headlights come on like normal... Then when I put the truck in gear the drivers side headlight blinks 4 times. On the 4th blink the light will shut off and not come back on. While this is going on the passenger Headlight stay on and act totally normal.
If it is daytime and I turn the lights off then back on and only the passenger side light comes back on. (no more blinking on the drivers side) Also, if I turn the bright lights on both lights will come on but when I turn it off the driver side is still off. But unless i turn the lights completely off it looks like I am driving around with a blown light but it is not blown.

If it is nighttime and I turn them off and back on then both lights will come back on.

I tried searching around but found no cause. Was really hoping someone could tell me what causes this. It seems like its trying to tell me something with the 4 blinks but...
