Express 1500, no HVAC even with a ton of stuff replaced!!
2010 Chevy Express 1500 HVAC issue driving me crazy. No power to HVAC1 and HVAC2 circuits in the driver-side under seat fuse panel. Blower motor won’t run and A/C clutch won’t engage. Was working fine and just stopped one day of the blue.
Here’s what I’ve already replaced/tested:
New blower resistor/module
New HVAC control head
New ignition switch electrical switch
Blower motor tested good with direct battery power
40A blower fuse under hood has power
12v directly at blower resistor but not at blower motor lead from resistor.
If I jump 12V directly to the HVAC fuse circuit in the fuse box, the blower works normally and the A/C clutch engages
A/C lines get cold when jumped
One pink wire at ignition switch has 12V, another only about 4V
I’m trying to figure out what specifically feeds HVAC1/HVAC2 on these vans or what else I'm missing in this equation??!! Thanks to anyone who can help.
