tahoe 99 wiring harness , help needed

hi everyone

i am looking for a wiring harness for my 1999 tahoe 6.5 turbo diesel , 2DR 4WD .

i am looking for part number 9 on the picture attached to the thread . my problem is that i cant find the correct part number. and i need to order this part from the internet since there arent any parts where i live.
do you guys can help me with it? my VIN number is :3GNEK18S3XG111313
please help me guys to get my Tahoe back on the street!!!!
