Default 2000 Cavalier z24 glowing cat

I recently picked up a 2000 cavalier basket case. Been sitting about 2 years. Needed a clutch and the owner gave up on it. Installed the clutch and thought it would be easy street. Nope! 2 stuck injectors and a misfire. So I replaced plugs, coils, intake gasket, entire exhaust system including cat, crank sensor, all 4 injectors, fuel filter, air filter, and it still glows red after 2 minutes of idle time and has no power. I'm so confused. No CEL for O2 but it's possible, timing marks are right, no vacuum leaks that I can find. What am I missing?

It's hard to tell until it throws a code. I'm afraid to ruin my new catalytic converter running it too long.

Revisit the injectors/fuel system, glowing cat means to me anyway, fuel in the exhaust.

this

are the injectors correct...the wrong type/resistance (peak and hold vs saturated) of injector can damage the injector drivers in the pcm.

put a fuel pressure gauge on it ...prime the fuel system without starting it. see if the pressure drops. if its ok. pull the fuel rail...put cups under the injectors...crank it over and check out the spray pattern.

im with the rich air/fuel mixture also. this can be caused by a few things like a bad coolant temp sensor, bad fuel pressure reg, faulty injectors exhaust leak and bad/weak O2 sensors
