Default Help replacing wheels

Hello new member needing help. I have a 2024 Silverado 2500 crew cab 4x4 gas work truck with stock rims. How do I remove that plastic piece over the lug nuts without rearing it up?

Secondly, the supplied tire is 245 75 R17 inches. Rim spec 17 x 7.5j. Is the bolt pattern 8 x 180?

Finally can anyone recommend a place to get some fairly basic 17 in black rims to dress it up a bit? It is a work truck but want it to look a bit nicer. Thanks in advance.

Welcome from Florida. Those nut screw on, so you can unscrew them. If you want fairly basic rims, get a can of black paint and paint the ones already on the truck.
