what do you need driver wise to remove steering coller cover thanks

Default what do you need driver wise to remove steering coller cover thanks
2001 3/4 ton HD seirra 6ltr truch. tow haul button not working think it is the wire

remove the screws in the bottom of the trim cover...pull out the tilt lever and unsnap the top bezel from the lower bezel.
