05 actuator door problems

05 actuator door problems
My drivers side was blowing out hot air only and found that the actuator for the left side was locked up. When I removed the actuator the end of the door came off with it. I have a new door ordered and was wondering if anyone knows how to replace the actual door that the actuator attaches to.
