Post 1992 Chevy K1500 350CI

Hello, I am new here, I cannot seem to find an answer to my question anywhere.. and want to find something that can handle abuse. lol

The Rod Bearings in my engine are JUST starting to go. I don't know the extent of the damage to the crank/rods (Just yet, got rained out today).. however my question is...

Recommended Brands? (Helpful)

Recommended Metals? (Preferred question)

Torque on connecting rod bolts? (Preferred question as well)

I've ordered
Sealed Power
Connecting Rod Bearings
- Available As Unplated And Resizeable
Overplated Copper-Lead Alloy
Standard Size

Yay Or Nay?
Other Option thats in-stock locally is Sealed Power, A-Series Aluminum

Thanks, Everyone. Just Shoot me ideas and recommendations, any help is appreciated.
