Default 2008 Silverado 2500HD Problems

hi, i´m from germany , and a owner of a new silverado

i need help!!!

i would like to change my manuel clima control to an atomitic clima control...

i buy it on ebay.com

but now, doesn´t work ...

the manuel clima control had two plug´s , grey and blue...

the automatic clima control need a grey and a black plug?!?

have anyone a wiring harness plan from silverado 2008 clima control??

Sorry, don't think too many people are ripping their trucks apart while they're still under warranty. The dealer may know more than any of us about that particular topic.

It is harder than just adding a automatic climate control head. You have some actuators you would be missing and the control head would have to be reflashed with a tech 2 and GM's Tis2web. I think you would also be missing some data wires that the control read requires and non auto climate control vehicles do not have.

Basically it can not be done. I have seen this talked on other forums and it is the same result. Unless you have a lot of money or time and knowledge you just have to deal with the way it was made.

yeah, that´s true... i´m go tomorrow to the german GM dealer and ask him about my problems....
