Default 5.3 Stroked?

I have been looking into building my engine into a stroker, and i want it to have as much torque as possible and i am willing to lose most of my Horse cause i only want it for pulling stuff out in the woods or playing in the mud.

im not a 6000 rpm through the mud kid of person im a idle around type of person high rpms are for the track

i was thinking if i put a 4.125 stroke would that work with the stock bore or would it get in the way of the cylinder wall? im not a genious with making up my own bore/stroke but i do know that the more stroke the more torque but will i be sacrificing to much if i go that extreme on the stroke and no bore.

i have done the calculation and with stock bore and 4.125 stroke that brings it to a 370 which to me is plenty of displacment for me.

or if anyone else has a better combination it woudl be greatly appreciated

i just pulled the 4.125 out of my butt cause i know it has been used in teh 5.3 before and is the most extreme i have heard of in the 5.3.

also what would be a big enough cam to supply enough air? i dont know anything about figuring out cam lopes thats something ill leave to the pros

what rod/crank sizes would be needed to acomplish this?

idealy i would like to beable to find as many parts from other vehicles but if i have to find custom made that is fine too.

if your going to do all that you might as well bore it out to, or just move up to a 350 and put a 400 crank on it

i think when i rebuild i might just go with 3.9 bore and a 4.0 stroke. its almost imposible to find 3.6 pistons that will go with a 4.0+ stroke as from where i have been looking

that is a old picture needs to be changed in the picture is a raptor but i sold it a few weeks ago for 500 dollars, dumb move on my part but i got tired of putting it back together all the time, it had a bad stator, and i had just got done rebuilding the carb when teh stator went out so i was pissed and told a buddy 500 he could have it and he showed the cash.

id rather have the 450 anywayz the 660 was to bulky for me and what i did with it.

i am doing this project go with the 400 crank and get some heads off like a 327 or some thing close to a 327 camel back head... get a performance cam for a stock 350 they run about $203 dollors at carquest, it has about a .500 lift and a lob let of like 115... bore it .30 over and you will have a 335 stroke..
