Default 7 pin connector

I'm re-wording this question, hopefully someone can help. At the 7 pin connector the right brake light pin is dead, but if you turn on the right turn signal then the brake light pin is hot for awhile. everything checks out, fuses, wiring, lights, etc. but after some time the right side brake light pin is dead again. THOUGHTS???????2004 2500 HD 6.0 4x4
Thanks Ron
