Ok, really funny issue here. It's hard to start after it sits out in the hot weather for a while. I can generally drive it after it's running, turn it off and then start it, so long as it doesn't sit 5 minutes. It starts fine in the morning or late in the evening, but if it's been sitting in the sun, it cranks fine, but won't catch. Runs fine otherwise. Changed coolant temperature sensor ontop of the intake manifold. No go. Any ideas?

is the fuel pressure bleeding off, do you have spark when it wont start,if you cycle the key a couple of tmes when hot then try to start will it start?being a TBI you could pull off the air cleaner and see if it injecting fuel

Won't be able to check for this reason, but when it gives me a lot of trouble.. By the time it does start, I have to rev it or it'll quit. Like it's starting to flood. Turning the key to aux and off repeatedly before trying doesn't seem to make a difference. I can hear the pump prime.

Faulty ignition control module? You can remove it and have it tested at Autozone or Advance Auto Parts.

Something else to try saturday when I'm off. Plugs, distributor, rotor are all pretty new. Ran fine till this hot weather hit.
