Default Changing Just the Inside door levers

This is on 07 Suburban
Have any of you just changed the inside front door levers? Not talking about the entire bolt in assembly just the lever alone. Seems to buy the bolt in ones you can only by the left one outside the dealer. (Dumb) Dealer wants $90 for right side one. Can find a set of just the levers but not sure how much of a pain in the butt they are to change.

Dorman does make one for the driver side but does not have one listed for the passengers side as far as I can tell. What I was asking is about changing the lever only. I can find a pair of those just not the whole assembly. Is the opening lever what you changed?
