Is the factory coolant temp sensor still installed or did the fans come with a new one? Did you splice into the wires to the coolant temp sensor? Do you have a scan tool that shows data?

factory temp sensor is still there. and i dont have a scan tool and i didnt splice into any wires. all i did was remove the fan and the shroud and put the eletric fans on there. and i just found a fuse that comes on when i turn the ign. on so the fans come on when the ign is on. the sensor that came with the fans is tool little

It MAYBE keeping the engine too cool. Keeping it in open loop. Try disconnecting the fans. With out seeing data it will just be a guessing game.
