Default Leaf Spring ?????

#1...I was driving my '06 Z71 off road and hit a rock sideways with the rear wheels, after this i noticed the bottom leaf spring was slightly displaced. Everything else checked out. I will probably take it to get an alignment after i fix the spring. Does anyone know of the easiest way to fix this. #2...I bought my truck used and some genius had lifted the front end using the torsion keys. It looks level, but what is the safe level for using the torsion lift.

Default RE: Leaf Spring ?????

the u-bolts probably never got tightened up if he added a leaf ,or from the factory ,you may be able to loosen up the u-bolts a little bit and smack the bottom leaf over and tighten them up . or you will have ti replace the u-bolts .you have to re check them after a week to 10 day's of driving ! using the adjustment bolt's on the key's is not bad unless you bottom them out ,then you should use a complete key leveling kit ,
