Default new engine wiring harness?

hello all,
long story short ive got a 94 2500 with the 350 and 5 sd manual. the truck is great, i bought it with all the mods already done to it (6in sus lift, 4in body lift, headers, dual flowmasters, he said new heads but not sure?, a few interior mods) it is originally from arizona and has alot of sun dry rot issues. i want to get a new engine wiring harness because of that and a few of the accessory plugs are damaged. i went to chevy and they told me 1400! i know i can get one from a junk yard but i feel i would just be in the same boat i am now. any sugesstions where to get a new one?

Almost all of the connectors are available as "pigtails". Just soder and heat shrink them.

Junk yard? I'll do some researching. My brother had to buy one for his 94 2500, had the same truck you have.
