Default New to forum, hello

Hi, I recently purchased my "new" dually. 1999 Crew Cab with a 454, 58K miles...

It seems to run really well but I may have a temperature issue...

Question - Anyone know what the thermostat is rated for in these trucks? Mine seems to hold about 190 until I stop, then it bugs up to about 205-210 (or just below). I just don't know if there is "supposed to be" that much fluctuation. Do I need a new thermostat?
