Not starting
Hello
New guy here. I have an issue with my 03 2500 HD Duramax. It started fine as normal the other day but then shut down when I put it in gear. It hasn't started since. I initially thought I may have run it out of gas as my gas gauge is not working very well (it jumps around and falls off to E then back up). I knew it was short on fuel but couldn't find a joint with diesel and figured I could make it the next morn to a station to fuel up. The next morn it started fine and let it warm a couple minutes but shut down when tried to drive away. Ran and got some fuel and put 10 gallons in and still no start. Primed the lines as per another post I saw on here but still nothing. Thinking may have killed my pump but not sure. Any ideas? It still cranks and everything but no light off. Pump, glow plugs? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
