p0455 major emissions leak code

I took my truck back to the dealer, again to try and fix the P0455 code. I still can;t fuel the truck up. The deal now tells me that they found a hole in the top of the fuel tank! They didn't have enough time to fix the fuel tank because I was leaving on vacation with the truck.The truck was idling rough. They said the spark plugs were fouled and replaced them. Ok, the truck ran better for 2 weeks, but now is running rough again. The question is "will the P0455 code foul the spark plugs? Also, I need to find somewhere else to fix this truck.
