Default rpms climbing at idle

So I was wondering if anybody knows the answer to this ququestion. But,I changed out my knock sensors and intake gaskets I have everything put back together properly and when I went to start my truck up it idled high and the rpms kept climbing until I shut it off would could be the cause of this ? It has me stumped
