is TFI to Carb convert possible?
I have a 1988 K1500 350 with the fuel injector carburetor. Can I remove the entire idle air controller module, fuel injector carburetor and replace it with a older non electric carburetor that works on jets, floats, and a cable operated choke ?

Sure, piece of cake. The only real thing to deal with is that the fuel pressure is lower so you'll need a different fuel pump. You cap off the return line to the fuel tank, drill holes for the choke cable, and so on. Pretty straightforward.
You'll need a fuel pump and some basic stuff to do your throttle linkage. These things might even be included in your carb kit. Really no big deal to do.
And you'll see an immediate decrease in performance, drastic reduction in fuel economy, shorter engine life, all the great stuff that pure mechanical fuel systems are known for.
