212,000 to be exact. 1998 Z71 with a newer rear end and rebuilt transmission not too long ago. Also said he has a replacement vortech 350 I can buy with the truck. Would you do it?

My guess is he's tired of putting money into it. Probably going to nickel and dime you to death.

What is it doing /not doing?I picked up my burb for a $1000 not running the owner thought it needed a new motor because of nasty kick back during start up ended up being a bad crank sensor all the fluids looked really good and i might have another $1000 into it doing upgrades etc.and cant even feel this engine idle got it with 256,000 on it and has 259,000 on it now but is great for towing my boat around with the family?

If you can do much of the repairs yourself, then offer $1500. If you have to pay someone else to do the work, you'll never be happy.
