I've got a 2000 Silverado and the gauges have been on and off for a little bit but now I have nothing. Checked fuses and tried to reset system by disconnecting the battery for a few still no luck. Is there anything else anyone can suggest me trying before I have to spend a butt load of money at the dealer. Thanks

This was a recall for that year truck, if I'm not mistaken.

My 04 2500 HD had same problem and was covered under recall.
