Im just trying to get some cheap ideas of things to do to my truck. I want to so something that is kind of cheap but will make my truck look better.

 

I added a headache rack and changed out my front grill with a billet

I found a cheap bull bar on the free classifieds...if you like that look. factory fender flares from the wrecker if you don't have them.

 

Debadge/demold to clean it up, and see if you can't find some painted handles/mirror caps. Maybe even paint the emblem and top plastic cap on the bumper. Billet grille as well will make it look like a totally diff truck
