Your guages will begin to not display correctly. It usually starts with the speedometer. I noticed mine after 2 speed camera tickets and getting pulled over once and being told I was going 77mph when speedo said 65. Depending on the day my speedo can show 5 mph under true speed all the way to not showing anything. Some days it works fine. This issue can affect every guage and can be a real pain when it affects the gas guage. I verify my speed with my GPS until I can get it fixed.

I found a guy in the back of a truck trader magazine. He did an awesome job and has a fast turn-around time,24 hours or less. He rebuilds YOUR cluster and doesn't swap them out. Your mileage stays the same. I did some checking with other places but didn't feel comfy sending it to those ebay guys. Todd talked to me on the phone and explained the process and was very professional. And he has a great price! gmgaugerepair DOT com all one word.Hope this helps you guys!

I replaced my stepper motors tonight. When I put the cluster back in, only one of my backlights was working. Has anyone else had this problem???? If so, how did you fix it?? I have jumped from the frying pan into the fire on this one.

Default Instrumental cluster swapping?

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado can I use a cluster from a 2002 GMC Sierra or a 2004 S10?
