I have a 03 ext. cab 2WD Silverado with the auto trans.
During the 1-2 upshift the trans. slips a little and then engages harshly. It also clunks during the 2-1 downshift while going up a hill.

I found a couple of TSB's that describe this condition.

How do I find out what is recommended be done to slove the problem described in the TSB?

The dealer has checked the trans. a couple of times but insists there is nothing wrong with it...
