I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500, Z71, 4X4, 8cylinder. Recently, the check engine light came on and when I am at a red light, let of the break slowly, it begins to jump/shake, but once I give it some gas it goes away. It does not shake or jump while I am actually driving it. No power issues or steering wheel problems.

What could this be? And will be expensive to fix? I do not have any diagnostic codes just looking to see what the possible problems it could be/pricing to fix.

Anyone have any experience with this?

You need to get codes first. Everything without them is a waste of time. It could be a $1 repair or $1000.
