dual climate controls, blows heat just out the floor and slightly out the dash vents. can not change any direction of air, defrost or vents still same about air comes though the floor and vents.. ive tryed to recalberating the hvac with the fuse pull under the hood. thinking its maybe the Actuator Doors? any idea's?

 

Yeah I think you hit it right on the head! You have an actuator problem. I had a Chevy Van that would on blow out of the Defrost vents only. It really sucked during the Summer when running the AC. Of course it was a company vehicle they never fixed it.
I had the same problem with my '94 Silverado when I bought it. The blower motor would not run and I found a shop rag sucked up into the airbox that burned up the blower motor and also took out an actuator.
