I just replaced my instrument panel after having the following symptoms: parasitic battery draw, PRNDL lit up but not functional, fuel gauge, oil and temp gauge non functional and dsh dimming non functional. dome light also non functional. I purchased a new after market panel and still have all the same issues. Where to next for diagnosis?

 

You should start by checking all fuses but it sounds like a bad ground wire somewhere on the car The only way to tell for sure would be to have a factory or professional scan tool hooked up.
