07 silverado four wheel drive issues

that is normal operation of a part time 4wd system. Unless you have a awd with a viscous clutch that can accommodate 4 wheels turns at different speeds in a turn; there will be some driveline wind up at the tcase .
the front and rear axles turning at the same speed but the tires each turning at different speeds creates this. The slip must come at the wheels...which is why the system should not be used on dry pavement. Its also why its important to have a set of 4 matched tires on 4wd and awd systems...or you will damage the tcase.
