I've got a 2008 Silverado and my "passenger door open" light flashes on my info screen in my dash and the for dinger keeps dinging but my dome light will shut off. Mostly happens when i have a passenger leaning against the door. I have tried spraying wd40 on it and pulled the door panel to see if i had a loose wire. I was told to replace the whole door lock assembly but was just seeing if anyone else had this problem and seeing if anyone had any ideas. Thank you
