I have an 09 Silverado 1500 WT 4.8 4WD. The first problem is the radio and dash lights dim at any time of the day, Doesn't matter if the headlights are on or off. Nothing I do can effect the problem. They will return to normal when they decide to. I would just as soon have them bright all the time. Is that something the dealer can program or is there something electrically wrong?

Second thing is the partial instrumentation. No Volt meter or oil pressure gauge. Can I swap this cluster for a premium cluster that has all the gauges. Are they a direct "just plug it in" change? Thanks..Arnie
