Default 1500 Won't Start

Hello, I have a 2001 1500 4wd Silverado. I turn the key and all I get is repeated clicking. The battery has a full charge. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

make sure the battery is charged! take it to autozone and they will check for free.. get another person to turn the key and you tap the started with a hammer... if its clicking it usally means low battery..

you can check the ground wire to bat. and to the block. If its dirty clean it up

Or the battery could be fully charged, but the bendix drive is sticking. As "gotstylez" suggested, tap the starter with a hammer; it might free up the bendix. On the other hand, it may be the starter solenoid. Good luck.
