Hi, I'm new to the forum and I am in need of some help. I recently acquired a 1989 chevy k1500 z71. My problem is where the steering gear mount is on the frame is rusted out. I have heard this is a common problem with the 4x4's but I am looking for some solutions. Any help\advice would be greatly appreciated! Also I am doing this on my mobile phone and I'm not yet sure how to upload a picture on to the thread, but it is on my profile. Thanks!
