A friend of mine has a 1990 3500 dually he has replaced entire bottom end, new brain box, new sensors, fuel pump.... etc, basically he is just throwing parts at the truck... when you start the truck you have to keep your foot on the throttle just a bit to keep it idling.... and after just a few minutes it has so much fuel vapor that it burns your eyes standing beside the truck... any help would be appreciated.
