1990 C1500 LO3 motor right turn hesitation
I just bought this truck used, havent done much to the motor, It has cheap headers, new exhaust, new cap and rotor, havent done plugs and wires, cleaned out the throttle body a bit. When I make hard right turns(nothing real hard but aggressive for instance) the motor will almost sound as if it just stops recieving fuel or like the gas pedal was let right off then all of a sudden it will get power again, and depending on the length of the turn will continue to do so untill I either let off or lessen the turn. this happens even when the gas tank is full so it really confuses me. No idea what to even look at and I dont get a check engine light or anything so i couldnt know. Looking for some wisdom
Thanks you

That is really weird?#$%? Could it be a faulty powersteering pump drawing to much power from the engine? What about at idel if you turn your wheel all the way does it bog down or only when moving?
ive noticed this in my 90 k1500. when im taking a somewhat hard left turn and try to gun it a little it hesitates for a second then kicks in. i havnt really looked into it yet. maybe something to do with the pully?

well i some what fixed my issue, but it seems it was only temporary. rotor and cap were burnt out and that was causing my issues, I just replaced both with bosch cap and rotor, and it cleared it right up, but now its coming back again and if its the rotor and cap, what would be causing me to burn them out in record time? I have new plugs and wires, both bosch as well since crappy tire wouldnt stock anything ac delco for my truck for over 2 weeks. do I need a new distributor or what? stumped again.
