Default 1990 K2500 4.3L misfire

Hey guys cant seem to figure this misfire out. Miss is all the time and under accel I get a knock. Started about a month ago. I do not drive the truck very often so I did a tune up. New plugs wire cap rotor and new o2 sensor also new module. Runs rough at start up and get very bad when is at operateing temp. Scanned and have no codes. Temp sensor is reading correct and o2 is lean/rich rev then rich then back to lean/rich.The knock sound like its coming from rt bank. Pulled valve cover to check rockers and everything looks fine. I pulled #2 plug wire off and started-didnt change how it ran then pulled #4 plug off and still no difference but I have spark on both of the plugs.Any info would be great this is driving me nuts
