Need to know for sure if what we have is truly as rare as we believe it to be... 1992 C/K 1500 SS 350 extended cab, step (sport) side bed. Is from what we have learned one of a numbered series... there were only 400 (i believe) of these made.

 

I wouldn't believe it myself. I've never heard of a SS350 for a truck... but ill do a bit of research. If u could get a vin printout it would say

 

Thr guy i bought mine from put some SS stickers on it
and those decals were the 1st I took off.
I don't think they made an SS in a sportside.

Aight. Looking thru a old LMC magazine, there was a sportside sport that came out in 92 93... that could be where the SS came from. That was the first year sportside was available... you can look it up online on bout the 10th page at www.lmctruck.com.

 

yes I have an 1997 ss350 2 door extended cab and I was doing research my self on it and came up on this but mine is a 4wd truck cause I seen a lot of 350ss truck but took me a little while to even find this post of this truck
