1994 1500 ECU questions

Hey ive got a 1994 GMC 1500 and i am swapping the 4.3 V6 to the 5.7 350. Everything has been goin smoothly except for the ECU. Can i get the factory computer remapped or do i need to change out engine wiring harnesses?

Have to change out the E-Prom inside the ecu with a 350 E-Prom
