i have a 95 k1500 with a v8 5.7l 350 in it
it just started making sort of a knocking noise while accelerating. wondering what u guys think it may be.
Serious or not ?

Any knocking noise should be considered serious. In the long run it could do damage to the engine. You need to find out what it is and repair it. What type of gas are you using? Regular or premium? If you are using regular, try a tank of premium and see if the knocking stops.

 

Pour a bottle of seafoam in the tank while you're at it
