Without warning my brake pedal went to the floor and the brake light came on when I applied the brakes. Checked the fluid level and the fluid was very low, had not been low a couple of days ealier, checked for signs of a leak and don't see any signs af leakage. the pedal still goes to floor and doesn't pump up and the light is still on the dash. Any advise or suggestions appreciated.

 

Could this be a Master cylinder problem? Does the symptoms fit?

Sounds like the master cylinder went bad. Time to replace it.
