hi, check to see if it has a EGR Valve and if it does it has a EGR Vacuum Selonoid. Unplug the vacuum selonoid that may work.

 

Wierd. i tested fuel pressure\. its all fine. replace spark plugs still does it. i leave outside and it gets down to -30 it starts right up and it runs fine. but if i leave it in the garage in a warm climate runs absolutley ****ty. crack in the fuel pump?

 

so when i unpleg the selenoid it runs exactly like it does when i let it sit in the garage.. but i plug it back in and it runs fine if its been sitting in the cold..
