1995 pickup dies when shifting

I have a 1995 1500 that when you shift out of park it will kill. Put it in neutral or park, fires right back up. It doesn't do this all the time, then it might do it 3-4 time in a row. Any Ideas?

Maybe a problem with your torque converter
