Default 1996 Chevy k1500 Ignition switch

I was wondering how to wire up a 2 switch setup in my 1996 chevy k1500.
This truck has been a project since the first day.
First thing that has been changed, is the engine. The engine is now a 350SBC with a vacuum advanced HEI Distributor.

The ignition switch has been messed up so bad that the only thing left is all of the wires sticking out of the column..

I am trying to wire up an ignition "system" using a toggle switch and a "universal engine start" such as this:
Amazon.com: Universal LED Push Engine Start Starter Button Switch Ignition Kit Blue Illumination: Automotive Amazon.com: Universal LED Push Engine Start Starter Button Switch Ignition Kit Blue Illumination: Automotive

I think I have the basics down, but I would like some feedback before I go and tear into the wiring.

This is what I am thinking:

To Toggle Input: 12v "Hot"
To Toggle Output: Accessory wire, ignition (this goes to HEI cap right?) What else?

I dont really know what to think of the universal engine start.

A wiring diagram with these components would be more than appreciated!

Thank you for looking!
-Michael
