I have replaced the fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator and it still wont hardly start and it misses if you mat on the throttle... once i go past a certain spot on the throttle it will start to miss.... wont climb past 3500 rpm when free reving on the floor....

After driving it down the road very easily it will throw the p0131 code.... bank one oxygen sensor lean....

found the problem... the chassis ground from the filler neck to the bed was cut in half.... fixed it and it runs tons better... now just needs plugs...
