Default 1998 silverado z71 chip options

I'm looking to chip my 1998 silverado 1500 z71 to get the most power possible out of it. Don't mind gas mileage since it's already terrible just want as much power as I can get. Any suggestions?

Chips don't do much for power. Shift points, sure. Power isn't as advertised. Think about it like this. How is a programmer/chip goin to give you 20 hp/tq ad then the same numbers for another truck completely different truck? Each one is different. So each truck will need a different tune, not an out of the box programmer tht is suppose to be tune for each persons truck. Go with a reputable custom tuner around you or blackbearperformance, gowheatley, Nelson tunin. Them 3 are big in the silverado tunin industry.

How big is your wallet? Power is tied to money. You got the money, you can go pretty dang fast.

Best bet is to go with one of the tuners I named, or find a reputable shop around you to do it
