You need to check the starter. The first and easiest thing to try is have someone hold the key in the cranking position and hit starter with a hammer if it starts you need a starter. If not you need to check the large cable on the starter for battery power (hot all the time) then check to see if the little wire gets power when cranking. If both of those are present you need a starter ( unless the engine is locked up). Post back with your results and I will take you to the next step.

To piggyback on that, if none of those solutions work, definitely check all of your major grounds, particularly the ground that attaches to your engine. I had that problem not with my truck but with my 3000GT. The ground to the motor had come undone and I couldnt get ANYTHING when I turned the key. It turned out to be as simple as that

if your not getting power to the solenoid terminal while the key is in start you can test the starter all you want and it is still not gonna work, if there is no power there try arcing the starter over and see if it cranks, i dont know if there have been problems with the neutral safety switches but its always an idea
