sorry guys, im sure there is a thread on here for this but i dont have time to look for it at work.

no 4 hi or 4 low. 2 wheel and auto 4 work. tried a different switch and all the lights light up in both switches i tried and you can hear the actuator running when you hit the buttons but when you try to move the only one that works is auto 4 and 2 wheel. im stuck on this one and the parts house i normally go through which both guys there own and work on GM's normally have no answers.

it sounds like either something is going on with the actuator being burnt out and not engaging the proper gear, or the clutch pack inside of your transfer case needs to be replaced.

There is a TSB out about the clutch pack 05-04-21-005..
