wat kind of truck is it?

 

its a 2002 silverado z71 package.and yes im wanting to raise the front 1.5 inches cause the back is already lifted 1 inch.

 

I have been told that you can level out a chevy pickup without using an add on kit. I have not tried it yet, but a buddy of mine told me that he took his to an alignment shop and they raised the front to be even with the back just by adjusting the swing arms or torsion bar or something like that. I'm taking mine to an alignment shop next week to find out how much it will cost to have that done.

 

you can adjust the torsion bars to raise the front. However it gives the vehicle a stiffer ride. the leveling kit is the better way to go. But I have not put one on my truck, but am going to soon. I think rough country is what im going with.

 

you do sacrifice ride quality, but it damn sure looks good!!!

I found a leveling kit for a 99 4wd silverado from rough country. I have a 98 Z71 and was wondering if there was anything different from a 98 to a 99 that wouldnt make the kit work
